Chia Network is pleased to announce the launch of the Bug Bounty program with the support of Bugcrowd!

Chia Network, in collaboration with Bugcrowd, is launching a new Bug Bounty program.

Bugcrowd is a crowdsourcing security platform. It was founded in 2011, and in 2019 it became one of the largest companies on the Internet for collecting errors and disclosing vulnerabilities.

At the first stages of the program, only highly qualified specialists from Bugcrowd will be allowed to access the program code. This is not a reason to be upset, over time, additional recruitment will be carried out, and each participant who submitted an application will be able to look for vulnerabilities in the Chia blockchain technology.

Based on Bugcrowd’s recommendation, based on the experience of working on other projects, the Chia team has established rewards. If after a while, the program does not bring the desired results, then the reward can be changed.

Reward for vulnerabilities found:

• P5/Info — $0
• P4/Low — $200-$400
• P3/Moderate — $600-$850
• P2/Severe — $1500-$1750
• P1/Critical $5,000 — anything+
